Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Vendors Eye, a service that monitors official AI-provider changes and helps teams turn evidence into operational decisions.
Agreement and service
By accessing or using Vendors Eye, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Vendors Eye provides workspace-based monitoring, exposure profiles, change reviews, and configurable notifications. Features may change as the service develops. Monitoring and analysis are aids to review, not a guarantee that every provider change will be detected or interpreted.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Keep workspace details accurate and only invite people you are authorized to include.
You are responsible for selecting monitored sources, setting an appropriate exposure profile, reviewing changes, and deciding what action to take. Do not use Vendors Eye as a substitute for your own security, legal, or operational judgment.
Acceptable use and customer-authorized integrations
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse Vendors Eye or its providers.
If you connect Slack or configure alerts, you authorize Vendors Eye to use the identifiers, channel details, and encrypted credentials needed to deliver those alerts. You may manage or remove an integration through available product controls.
Pricing, billing, and cancellation
Available paid offers are Pro at $19 billed monthly or $199 billed yearly for one workspace and all five currently supported providers; Team at $39 billed monthly or $399 billed yearly for up to two dedicated workspaces, with all five currently supported providers in each; and custom pricing for Enterprise. Free Starter includes a weekly digest but not urgent email or Slack alerts. Pro and Team include weekly digests, urgent email alerts, and customer-authorized Slack alerts. Visible change history is 30 days for Free Starter, 90 days for Pro, and 365 days for Team. These are visible-history periods, not data-deletion promises. The same offers apply to engineering and risk teams. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. The checkout flow will show the price and renewal terms before purchase.
Paid checkout is not active unless and until the relevant Paddle checkout is configured and presented as available. Paddle is the planned merchant of record, not a currently active checkout. When Paddle checkout is enabled, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing and order/refund requests; Vendors Eye handles product access and service support. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available billing controls or by contacting us.
Cancellation does not create a prorated refund, except where applicable law requires one. See the Refund policy for details.
Your information and service providers
Our Privacy policy describes the information the current service supports and the providers used to operate it, including Clerk, Replit, Resend, Replicate, OpenAI, and Slack for customer-authorized alerts. Paddle may be involved only if checkout is enabled.
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and for having authority to provide it for the purposes of using the service.
Service availability, recommendations, and responsibility
The service is provided on an evolving basis and may be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vendors Eye does not warrant uninterrupted monitoring, complete source coverage, or that analysis will be error-free or suitable for a particular decision.
Provider-change analysis and recommendations are decision-support information, not legal, security, compliance, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating changes and deciding what action to take. No uptime commitment applies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is not permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
Customer information and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the information you submit and your workspace review content. You give Vendors Eye permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, subject to the Privacy policy.
Vendors Eye and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, brand, and documentation. You may not copy or resell the service except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement.
Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using Vendors Eye and request account or workspace deletion through available controls or by contacting us. We may restrict or suspend access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms. We will retain or delete information according to the Privacy policy and applicable obligations.
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be available here with its update date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to rights under applicable law.
